When projects are due
Builders gave possession dates from 2015 to 2034, most often 2026. A possession date is the builder’s own target when they registered — not a confirmation — so nothing here says a project was actually delivered on time.
Where projects stand
40% are marked complete by the builder — but that is the builder’s own label, not an official completion certificate, so nothing here proves a project is actually finished.
Who is building
652 different builders have projects in Kerala. The biggest is ASSET HOMES PRIVATE LIMITED with 57 projects. More projects means a bigger presence — never a better builder.

The busiest district is Ernakulam, with 556 projects — one of 14 in Kerala.
Who approves projects
Thiruvananthapuram Municipal Corporation has approved the most projects here. An approval covers the building plan — it is never proof a project was built to it.
