Builders gave possession dates from 2016 to 2034, most often 2025. A possession date is the builder’s own target when they registered — not a confirmation — so nothing here says a project was actually delivered on time.
Where projects stand
43% are marked complete by the builder — but that is the builder’s own label, not an official completion certificate, so nothing here proves a project is actually finished.
Who is building
30,472 different builders have projects in Maharashtra. The biggest is LODHA DEVELOPERS LIMITED with 179 projects. More projects means a bigger presence — never a better builder.

Who approves projects
Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai has approved the most projects here. An approval covers the building plan — it is never proof a project was built to it.
