The status shown is the builder’s own label, not an official completion certificate, so nothing here proves a project is actually finished.
Who is building
1,382 different builders have projects in Punjab. The biggest is Omaxe New Chandigarh Developers Private Ltd. (Other than Individual) with 38 projects. More projects means a bigger presence — never a better builder.
Where inside Punjab
The busiest district is Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar (Mohali), with 1,040 projects — one of 22 in Punjab.
