When projects are due
Builders gave possession dates from 2017 to 2034, most often 2026. A possession date is the builder’s own target when they registered — not a confirmation — so nothing here says a project was actually delivered on time.
Who is building
2,433 different builders have projects in Tamil Nadu. The biggest is The Executive Engineer with 310 projects. More projects means a bigger presence — never a better builder.
Who approves projects
CMDA (Chennai Metropolitan Development Authority) has approved the most projects here. An approval covers the building plan — it is never proof a project was built to it.
