Builders gave possession dates from 2016 to 2034, most often 2021. A possession date is the builder’s own target when they registered — not a confirmation — so nothing here says a project was actually delivered on time.
Where projects stand
26% are marked complete by the builder — but that is the builder’s own label, not an official completion certificate, so nothing here proves a project is actually finished.
Who is building
1,124 different builders have projects in Bihar. The biggest is TECHNOCULTURE BUILDING CENTRE PRIVATE LIMITED with 82 projects. More projects means a bigger presence — never a better builder.
