Approval of this Project is issued on 11/10/2017, the estimated completion date of the Project is 10/10/2019. We have not appointed any contractor till date. but developer also reserve the right to appoint any contractor in future. We are develop and construct the project with our own source and supervision. We have provided 2 two-wheeler parking in LIG unit and 1 two-wheeler parking in EWS unit according to rules CM Jan Awas Yojana 2015 accordingly therefore total number of two-wheeler parking provided is 135 and visitor parking is 102.
