The phase area for phase 1 was filled as 31755.00 sq. mtr. by mistake, the phase-1 area should be read as 29240.27 sq.mtr. and the same has been marked on the drawings uploaded.As per remark the correct phase area has been rectified in Land Details of Registering Project.
