- Building sanction plans were originally approved by Jaipur Development Authority (JDA), Jaipur, in favor of Mr. Ashish Gupta vide Approval Letter No. जविप्रा/उपा./जोन-12/2022/डी-4212 dated 02-12-2022, as he was the recorded owner of project land at the time of approval. Subsequently, project land was purchased by promoter, M/s Shri BD Builders, from Mr. Ashish Gupta through a Sale Deed dated 30-01-2026. Thereafter, JDA transferred name in respect of Plot No. 1 in favor of promoter, M/s Shri BD Builders, vide Name Transfer Letter No. F-JDA/ZONE-17/2026/162 dated 27-02-2026. Accordingly, the maps were approved in favor of Mr. Ashish Gupta due to his ownership at the time of sanction and the subsequent transfer of ownership/name to M/s Shri BD Builders has been duly recorded by JDA.
